The company provides its customers with telephone and web based support to address questions and issues concerning its products.

Web enabled net meetings are conducted with customers to facilitate support as required.

Periodic updates and software releases are provided to users of the software.

Training
PFS-Suite™ Training
SPEC-Soft provides several training programs:

A. Product training:
    A comprehensive training course in which students learn and train on the features of PFS-Definition and PFS-Review products.
    Duration: 3 days.

B. Pilot Project training:
    Combining product training with a small test project in which specification and review/simulation is carried out to produce full
    specification document adapted to customer needs.
    Duration: As needed.

S88 Training
Good knowledge of ANSI-S88 standard will provide users of the PFS-Suite with additional benefits in specifying and maintaining
automation software.

Consulting
The company's process automation experts are available on an hourly or project basis to consult on S88 implementation and optimizing existing batch automation applications.

SPEC-Soft engineers can be contracted on an hourly or project basis to assist clients with PFS implementation.

Engineering
SPEC-Soft has teamed up with engineering companies to provide a range of services including process engineering, automation system design and programming, validation and MES implementation.
